Manifest Your Dreams: The things that manifested in my life of recent are just crazy. People, opportunities, travels, graduation, even my dream contract. If you want it, it’s yours.
But you need to do the inner work before seeing serious results. Most of us are full of limiting beliefs and paradigms that do not let us go forward and create the reality we want.
Also, you have to let go of the need you feel attached to that thing you want, because trying to manifest something because you need it is equivalent to you don’t have it now.
Which means manifesting from a place of lack, and that won’t work. Do the inner work. Believe and trust. It will come. In fact, it’s already there; you just have to be aligned with it.
There’s a lot that goes into manifesting things using the law of attraction, but once you heal your mind, it is so so easy.
Manifest your dreams: What is the best way to start your day?
Sun-light. As soon as you get up, expose yourself to direct sunlight for at least 5 minutes. The more it directly contact with your skin, the better. This will stimulate the natural production of vitamin D and shut down melatonin production during day time.
Sunlight causes your body to release hormones and wake-promoting neurotransmitters like dopamine, norepinephrine, and histamine, which are linked to an improved mood and can help to make you feel good.
Movement. Our bodies are made to move. You can easily combine getting direct sunlight exposure with a brief walk or quick run in the morning. 10 to 30 minutes is more than enough for a day.
By getting your body moving first thing in the morning, you prime yourself to get ready for the day.
Silence. During the first 30 minutes of your day, try this: no phone, no books, no music. See how you feel afterwards. We are currently living in the age of information overload.
We constantly get bombarded with all sorts of external input and ideas. We no longer take the time or space to think for ourselves, to get clear on what we want out of life.
Having a few moments of silence each day in the morning allows us to gather our thoughts, and start the day with clarity and with an intention.
Meditation. Adding a few minutes of mindful meditation to my mornings each day drastically improves my ability to focus and significantly reduced my levels of anxiety.
Getting deeply present with yourself and tuning in will allow you to bring more focused attention to your day and help you feel grounded and calm.

Gratitude. Giving thanks and counting our blessings first thing in the morning is one of the best ways to tap into a state of abundance and appreciation for what we have.
Instead of focusing on what we lack, we can show gratitude for all that is good in our lives.
Journaling. Taking a few moments each morning to write down your thoughts can bring tremendous clarity and insight which you will carry with you for the rest of the day. It’s also a great opportunity for you to think of what you would like to achieve that day.
Intention setting. Getting clear on what your main intention is for the day will allow you to purposefully take action towards what’s most important to you and your life.
