Why Water, Music, and Love Are the Only “Universal” Things You’ll Ever Need:
There are three things in this world that belong to no single culture, no single religion, and no single people. Three things that were here long before any of us arrived and will remain long after we are gone. Three things that every living being—from the tallest tree in the rainforest to the smallest child in a remote village—responds to without being taught.
We call water a universal solvent.
We call music a universal language.
We call love a universal healer.
But those aren’t just nice phrases. They are the three pillars of reality. In my personal opinion—and in the systems I teach—these three forces are not separate. They are the operating system of the universe itself.
Let me explain why they are called “universal,” and why understanding this changes everything about how you heal, grow, and create.
Music — The Universal Language (The “One Song”)

Ask a musician what music is, and they will tell you about notes, scales, and rhythm. Ask a physicist, and they will tell you about vibration, frequency, and wave patterns. But ask the universe itself—and the answer is far more breathtaking.
Everything that exists is vibrating.
Right now, the chair you are sitting on is vibrating. The walls around you are vibrating. Your very cells, your DNA, your thoughts—all of them are in a constant state of oscillation. What we call “solid matter” is really just energy vibrating at a particular frequency. This is not poetry. This is quantum physics.
Music, then, is not something we invented. Music is what the universe was doing long before human beings arrived to name it.
Everything Responds to Frequency
Have you ever watched a dog tilt its head the moment a particular sound fills the room? Have you ever been in a forest and noticed that birdsong follows patterns almost musical in their structure? Have you ever seen the way a spiderweb catches the vibration of a plucked guitar string and trembles in perfect response?
Every living organism has a resonant frequency—a sound, a vibration, a “note” that speaks directly to it. When that frequency is found and played, something awakens. Something responds.
Today, farmers use Agrosonics (sound-based agriculture). They don’t just water plants anymore; they play specific frequencies to speed up growth. Why? Because plants literally “hear” the vibration and open their stomata faster. Birds sing at dawn not just to be pretty, but to tune the forest.
The same principle has been at the heart of healing traditions for thousands of years. Tibetan singing bowls. African drumming ceremonies. Gregorian chanting. Indigenous throat singing. All of these are highly sophisticated technologies of frequency—designed to bring the human body, mind, and spirit back into alignment.
In the Beginning Was the Word
For those who find meaning in sacred texts, consider this passage from the Gospel of John: “In the beginning was the Word.”
The Word. Logos. Sound. Frequency.
Not thought. Not image. Not idea. Sound. The act of creation is described as a vibrational event—something spoken into existence. Something sung into being.
Scientists may not use the word God. They use terms like creative intelligence, infinite intelligence, or simply the laws of nature. Different words. Same mystery.
The Universe Literally Means “One Song”
Here is something that stops people in their tracks when they first encounter it.
The word universe comes from two Latin roots: uni, meaning one, and verse, meaning a song or a stanza.
Universe. One Song.
Every galaxy, every planet, every creature, every atom—all of it is dancing to a single, incomprehensible symphony. When you are out of tune, you get sick. When you find your frequency, you heal.
This is why my systems don’t start with strategy. They start with frequency.
Love — The Universal Healer (The Chemistry of Miracles)

If music is the song, love is the medicine.
We call love the “universal healer” because it doesn’t care about your diagnosis. It doesn’t ask for your insurance card. It just works.
Science has a habit of making love sound complicated. Researchers talk about attachment theory, neurochemical cascades, and the oxytocin reward system. But all of that points to a simple truth: love is not just an emotion. Love is a force. And like all forces, it has measurable effects on physical matter.
The Chemistry of Love is the Chemistry of Healing
When you experience pure, genuine love—whether for another person, for nature, for a child, for life itself—your body releases a cascade of powerful neurochemicals:
Oxytocin — the bonding hormone. It lowers cortisol (the stress hormone), reduces blood pressure, and promotes cellular repair.
Dopamine — the reward and motivation chemical, associated with joy, pleasure, and the feeling that life is worth living.
Serotonin — the mood stabilizer, the chemical of contentment and inner peace. Low serotonin is linked to depression and anxiety. Love naturally elevates it.
Endorphins — the body’s natural painkillers, released during moments of deep laughter, connection, and physical affection.
When these four chemicals flow together, medical science calls it “spontaneous healing.” The body literally regenerates. Tumors shrink. Chronic pain vanishes. Why? Because fear shuts down the immune system, but love supercharges it.
There Are Only Two Primary Emotions
Here is one of the most clarifying insights in all of psychology—a master key to your own inner world:
There are only two primary emotions: Love and Fear.
All other emotions—every shade, every variation, every complex feeling you have ever felt—flows from one of these two roots. Just as all colors come from primary colors, all emotional experiences are combinations of love and fear.
Example: Jealousy
- You love someone deeply (Love).
- You see them with someone else (Trigger).
- You develop a fear of losing them (Fear).
- Mix Love + Fear = Jealousy.
Example: Resentment
- You loved a dream or a person (Love).
- That dream was taken from you (Fear of loss/pain).
- Mix Love + Fear over time = Resentment.
Example: Anxiety
- You love a future outcome or a person (Love).
- You fear that outcome may not happen (Fear).
- Mix Love + Fear = Anxiety.
Everything you feel lives somewhere on the Love-Fear spectrum. And here is the punchline: Fear is just love pretending to be logic. Fear is love wrapped in a story about the future.
When you strip away the fear, all that is left is love. And love heals everything.
Water — The Universal Solvent (The Carrier of the Song)

Water is called the universal solvent because it has the remarkable ability to dissolve more substances than any other liquid on Earth. Nothing is more receptive, more adaptive, more fundamentally generous in its nature.
But water is also a mirror.
The extraordinary research of Dr. Masaru Emoto demonstrated something that stunned the scientific world: water responds to consciousness. Water crystals exposed to words of love, gratitude, and beauty formed symmetrical, luminous, snowflake-like structures. Water exposed to words of hatred, fear, or contempt formed broken, asymmetrical, ugly patterns.
The implications are staggering when you remember that the human body is approximately 60-70% water.
The words you speak to yourself. The thoughts you carry. The emotional environment you live in. All of it is being received by the water in your body, which is being shaped by it, which in turn is shaping your biology, your health, and your experience of reality.
Think about this trinity:
- Music (Frequency) creates the vibration.
- Love (Emotion) gives the intention.
- Water (Matter) carries the memory.
You are 70% water. So when you listen to music that heals, and you feel love… your body literally restructures.
Why This Matters For Your Life Right Now
Most people are living in fear. They listen to chaotic “music” (news, drama, gossip). Their inner water is polluted by negative self-talk and stress. Their love chemicals are blocked by cortisol.
And then they wonder why they are tired, sick, anxious, and stuck.
You cannot plant a seed in poisoned soil. You cannot dance to two different songs at once. You cannot heal a body that is drowning in fear.
The ancient healing traditions understood this. The shamans understood this. The monks chanting in monasteries at 4am understood this. They saw spontaneous healing. They saw transformations that defied explanation. They saw people walk into their circles broken and walk out whole.
This is not magic. This is science we are only now beginning to catch up with.
The Invitation: How to Stop Fighting and Start Flowing
You have tried willpower. You have tried hustle. You have tried forcing things to happen.
It hasn’t worked because you were ignoring the universal laws. You were trying to sing a solo against the orchestra. You were trying to plant seeds in poisoned soil. You were trying to heal your body while feeding it fear.
This is where my work comes in.
I built my systems around this universal trinity. I don’t just give you tactics. I don’t just give you motivation. I give you alignment.
Inside my flagship system, [The Creation Code] , I teach you how to:
- Recalibrate your frequency (Music) — Identify which frequency you are currently dancing to, and learn how to tune yourself back to the “One Song” where healing and abundance become natural.
- Clear emotional blockages (Love) — Detox the “fear-cocktails” (jealousy, anxiety, resentment, shame) that are blocking your oxytocin and keeping your body in a state of chronic stress.
- Transform your inner water (Water) — Turn your body’s water from a storage unit for trauma into a solvent that dissolves problems, carries healing, and restructures your biology from the inside out.
When you align these three things:
- You stop fighting reality. You start flowing with the “One Song.”
- Your body stops attacking itself. Spontaneous healing becomes normal.
- Your actions become effortless. Because you aren’t acting from fear; you are acting from love.
A Final Thought
You are not separate from the universe. You are made of the universe. The same sound that sang the cosmos into being is humming in your cells right now. The same love that holds galaxies in orbit is the love available to you in each moment. The same water that flows through rivers and oceans flows through your veins.
You are not broken. You are not a problem to be solved.
You are a being of frequency, emotion, and flow—and when those three things come into alignment, when you learn to consciously work with sound, with love, with the emotional body, with the water-based nature of your physical form—something remarkable begins to happen.
You begin to heal. Not just physically. But at every level of your being.
The universe is singing one song. Love is the healing melody. Water is the messenger.
